Step 1: Using your registered cellphone number, dial 8882 583 888.
Step 2: An SMS with information about your Fastag balance will be delivered to the registered cellphone number you provided after the call is automatically cancelled.

Please take note that in order to check your balance via any of the methods listed above, your ICICI Bank Fastag must be linked to your account.
How to check Fastag Balance in Google Pay
You cannot directly check your Fastag balance in Google Pay, as it does not provide a Fastag-specific feature.
But, you can connect your Google Pay UPI ID to your Fastag account and recharge your Fastag account using the UPI ID.
The steps are as follows.
Step 1: Launch the Google Pay application on your smartphone.
Step 2: In the top right corner of the screen, click on your profile image.
Step 3: Click "Bank Account."
Step 4: Click "Add bank account" after scrolling down.
Step 5: Choose your bank from the list, then double-check the phone number connected to the account.
Step 6: After linking your bank account, select "UPI" from the menu on the home screen.
Step 7: Choose "UPI ID or QR."
Step 8: Input the UPI ID provided by your Fastag issuer or scan the QR code.
Step 9: Input the amount to be recharged and press "Proceed to Pay."
Step 10: Double-check the payment information and finish the transaction.
Your Fastag account will be refilled after the transaction is complete, and you can use it to pay for tolls going forward without any problems.
Please be aware, though, that Google Pay will not allow you to check your Fastag balance immediately.
